NICHOLAS W. LAYMAN
Associate
Nicholas’ practice focuses on issues arising from condemnation in oil and gas transportation and power transmission. Beyond condemnation, Nicholas represents individuals and companies in royalty disputes and other energy-related litigation.
Nicholas graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Houston Law Center. While attending, he was a member of the school’s Journal of International Law and served as a teaching assistant for a 1L Torts class.
In his spare time, Nicholas enjoys spending time with family, playing music with friends, working out, and watching the Astros.
